At the time of this particular writing:

I post two threads a day. Chat and Posts. For posts, share no more than one post a day. It can be a post or a note. Doesn't matter. It can be old or new. Our limit is one each, and then if we're sharing, we're boosting others. It helps you get seen a little more on Notes and hopefully attract readers... and we become readers of one another's work while we're at it.
